60-day money back guarantee

Our 60-day money back guarantee is only applicable to mainland UK only.


If, within 60 days from receipt of the item, the purchaser decides that they wish to return the unit, then the purchaser may request their money back (excluding delivery costs). Simply call 0800 1388 567 during office hours and inform the operator of your decision.


For the monies to be refunded, the product must have been received by Goldstaff, and found to be in good condition. Where the product is found to be damaged in any way, which is not consistent with the normal use of the product then a refund cannot be given or a part refund will be agreed. It may be prudent for the purchaser to photograph the product before its return, thereby ensuring against dismissal of the claim for refund due to damage incurred in return transit. Please note: the BeautySkin needs to be returned in its original packaging due to possibility of damage within return transit.


All refunds are exclusive of delivery costs. Delivery costs will be deducted from the total money refunded. Total maximum amount refundable = product cost - £25 (delivery costs to and from customer).


Any refunds requested after 60 days from receipt of the product will have to be declined through company policy. (Excepting extenuating circumstances which may be accepted by Goldstaff Ltd)


Refunds will be sent to the customer's postal address or refunded to their bank account/card (depending on how the initial transaction was completed) within 7 days of receipt of the product.

2 year full warranty on components and mouldings

Products are guaranteed for all parts for the term of 2 years (excluding tubes). If any of the parts, whether electrical or material, are found to be faulty within 2 years then Goldstaff Ltd are obliged to: a) Pick up the faulty product and replace with another, at no extra cost to the customer. b) Pick up the faulty product and refund the customer their money back, including delivery costs.


Replacement of a faulty product will be within 10 days of our notification by the purchaser of their faulty product.

Payment

All prices are in £ sterling for the UK, for orders outside the UK, costs will be based on the particular currency exchange rate at the time of purchase. Payment can be made by any method specified.


We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you. All payments are conducted through SkyPay and HSBC secure payment services.

Delivery

Delivery is to the UK and all EU member states. On delivery, an adult over 18 years old must sign for the package.


Goods are supplied subject to availability. In the event when the goods are likely to be delivered after 10 days, then you will be informed as soon as possible. If no product has arrived within 10 days then a full refund will be given on request.


The laws of England and Wales shall govern the contract between us and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.


We do not guarantee that this website will be compatible with your PC, and we accept no liability for any corruption or loss of data held on your PC, or any liability for any other loss or damage of any kind caused to your PC resulting from use of this website.

None of the above affects your statutory rights under UK law.
